A cooling pad (3) is put inside of the recess in such a manner that the pad contacts the plate directly. The recess is in a form of a ring and a cooling tube is inserted in the recess, which encloses the plate. An edge which forms a closed area with a base unit is formed at a positioning surface of the plate.
