<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink excellent in color developing property and moisture resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet ink satisfies the requirements (A) and (B). (A) A color difference ΔE judged by the method below is at most 9. The method comprises (1) a step for applying an ink comprising a coloring material, water, and a water-soluble organic solvent having an evaporation rate X smaller than that of water and a moisture absorption rate Y (mass%) of at least 20 which satisfy the equation: Y≥2.8X+10, and subsequently applying thereon an ink where the coloring material is replaced by water, (2) a step for leaving the recorded matter obtained by step (1) under a first and a second conditions and (3) a step for judging the recorded matter by the color difference (ΔE) represented by formula (1) (wherein L<SB>1</SB>, a<SB>1</SB>and b<SB>1</SB>are L, a and b, respectively, of the Lab color specification system before left secondly; L<SB>2</SB>, a<SB>2</SB>and b<SB>2</SB>are L, a and b, respectively, of the Lab color specification system after left secondly).
