<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance display quality of a high definition liquid crystal display panel, wherein there is no fear that a doubly exposed splice region is visually viewed in an active matrix substrate. <P>SOLUTION: Patterns of light transmission parts corresponding to respective pixels formed on a substrate are formed by exposure treatment of a plurality of divided regions formed by dividing the substrate and double exposure treatment for discretely forming single exposure regions is performed so that the patterns of the respective light transmission parts of splice part regions provided between the respective divided regions are not superposed on each other via the doubly exposed regions formed by exposure treatment of the respective divided regions. In exposure treatment, the patterns corresponding to the respective pixels are respectively formed using a pair of light transmission parts adjacent to each other in column and row directions as one unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
