<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sport drink and a sport food promoting fatigue relief through increasing addition of citric acid as much as possible within an acceptable limit as a beverage so as to reduce a lactic acid value due to effect of the citric acid. <P>SOLUTION: The sport drink is obtained by adding ≥1.2 pts. wt. of the citric acid to 100 pts. wt. (ml) of drinking water; adding an appropriate amount of glucose, fructose, fruit juice, a gelling agent, a pH adjusting agent, and the like, to the mixture; and diluting the mixture with drinking water so as to have an appropriate concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
