<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt hinge capable of viewing a friction torque member stored in a leaf spring storage part from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This hinge for connecting a first member to a second member rotatably each other comprises a holder installed on either of the first member and the second member and having the leaf spring storage part, a shaft installed on the other of the first member and the second member and rotatably supported on the leaf spring storage part, and a plurality of friction torque members stored in the leaf spring storage part and generating a friction torque when the holder or the shaft is rotated.
