<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of electrical connection between the terminal of a bus bar contained in an electrical connection box and the bolted terminal of a wire terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A bus bar being contained in a case is provided with a plurality of terminals located in parallel along one side edge of the case, and a bolting terminal connected with a wire terminal is placed on each of the terminals arranged in parallel, and then a nut is tightened over a bolt projecting from the terminal thus coupling them. In such an electrical connection box for automobile, a plurality of cuts for exposing respective terminals are made and then juxtaposed at intervals, on the upper wall of the case, and the bolting terminal is fitted in each cut. Furthermore, a protective wall surrounding each cut is provided from the upper wall of the case, the sidewall portion of the protection wall located between adjacent cuts is projected ahead of the distal end of the bolt, and a plurality of guide ribs for guiding the bolting terminals toward the circumferential edge of respective cuts project from the protective wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
