<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure head which can suppress a mounting area. <P>SOLUTION: The exposure head includes an array substrate which has a plurality of EL elements arranged in an array shape at one face side and is constituted to make an ejected light from the organic EL elements discharged to the other face, and a plurality of circuit chips which include driving circuits for the organic EL elements and are arranged in series along a longitudinal direction of the array substrate so that a formation face of the driving circuits is opposed to the one face of the array substrate. The plurality of circuit chips are bump-connected to the array substrate. A plurality of array substrate side electrode pads set at the array substrate to be respectively abutted with a plurality of bumps, and a plurality of circuit chip side electrode pads (36a and 36b) set at the plurality of circuit chips to be abutted with the plurality of bumps, respectively are arranged in a staggering form along the longitudinal direction of the array substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
