PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the matters of a conventional electromagnetic wave absorber that production is serious because different linear antenna elements must be formed on an insulating sheet, i.e. a different antenna pattern must be formed or an insulating sheet on which different linear antenna elements are formed must be employed, that it is disadvantageous in cost, and that the cost increases when interior is constructed using that electromagnetic wave absorber. SOLUTION: The interior structure comprises an interior base 10A, a flat plate material 20 provided on the surface 10 of the interior base 10A, a flat plate spacer (plaster board 4), a metal layer 5 provided on one side of the spacer, and a resistive layer 6 provided on the other side of the spacer wherein the surface side of the metal layer 5 is directed toward the base surface 10 side. Between the surface of the flat plate material 20 and the base surface 10, a plurality of kinds of electromagnetic wave reflecting/absorbing members 1A and 1B having a space of different thickness are provided, and a flat interior surface 100 is formed by the surface of the resistive layer 6 in the plurality of kinds of electromagnetic wave reflecting/absorbing members 1A and 1B.
