PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device for a vehicle, whose liquid crystal panel can be heated to a proper temperature within a short period of time. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device 1 for the vehicle comprises the liquid crystal panel 3 with a transparent sheet heater 7, constructed by forming a transparent conductive film 7d for heating on a surface of a transparent sheet base material 7a, disposed thereon. The transparent sheet heater 7 is disposed on the liquid crystal panel 3 by sticking the transparent conductive film 7d of the transparent sheet heater 7 and the principal surface of the liquid crystal panel 3 to each other via a transparent resin 7h.
