PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with necessity to always keep a special boiled egg mincer by making mincing simple and easy. SOLUTION: The boiled egg mincer comprises a cutting blade body 2 having multiple cutting blades 3; an egg placement part 4 having escape parts 5 for permitting the passage of the cutting blades 3; and a shear-off blade 10 for shearing off the multiple columnarly cut parts of the boiled egg which are projected over the cutting blades 3 of the cutting blade body 2.
