PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the living environment with a view to realizing a society which enables people to enjoy good health and longevity, in consideration of the status quo which is worsening in both living and food producing conditions due to the global warming as well as the fact that our hope or efforts for reducing the use of chemical substances including agrochemicals, chemical fertilizers, preservatives, and insecticides can never or hardly be expected, to the extent that some food experts warn that the average human life expectancy will be as low as 41 years old in the future. SOLUTION: An international protocol on what procedures should be taken for reducing the global warming as well as the use of the chemical substances is prepared, and it is thoroughly made into information and is thoroughly made to inform the responsibility of the people living at present time that it is an urgent need to solve the problems with all the concerned efforts on the global scale.
