PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal end chip for a laser therapeutic device permitting the change of a conduit only. SOLUTION: The distal end chip for a laser probe comprises a chip body 1 connected to the laser probe, the conduit 2 inserted into an insertion hole 11 of the chip body 1 for emitting laser beam from the laser probe to the outside, a holder member 3 into which the conduit 2 is inserted and held, jointed to the chip body 1, and a tightening member 4 jointed to the chip body 1 for elastically deforming the holder member 3 and tightening the conduit 2.
