The present invention has as its object a method for topically promoting blood stream of a subject, which comprises applying at least one compound of formula (A) wherein R<SUB>1 </SUB>represents a hydrogen, a hydroxy group, a C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4 </SUB>alkyl group or a C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>3 </SUB>alkoxy group, and R<SUB>2 </SUB>and R<SUB>3</SUB>, each independently represent a hydrogen or a C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4 </SUB>alkyl group, to the subject.
