The inventive turbine is insertable into a pipeline for transporting a variable-rate fluid in liquid and/or gaseous phases. Said turbine comprises a first blade (8) for a high flowrate liquid phase and a second blade (9) for a gaseous phase, a mixture of the gaseous/liquid phases or for a low flowrate liquid phase, wherein said blades are disposed in a pipe (12) and are fixed to the same axis. The turbine also comprises means (20) for reducing a loss of charge generated at the level of the second blade (9) according to the fluid axial pressure inside the turbine.
