The regulating system has a setting or shutoff valve (10) to regulate the hot water volume flow (1) through the floor heating (11). A valve (6) dividing the hot water volume flow into two parts (2, 3) is fitted after the setting or shutoff valve. One part (3) of the hot water volume flow is taken directly to the floor heating, while the second part (2) passes through a thermostatically controlled regulating valve.
