PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of an electronic device or a communication apparatus.

SOLUTION: A control device controls a communication apparatus and the electronic device which performs communication using the communication apparatus and includes a profile selection part which selects a control profile for specifying an operation to approximately minimize power consumption of at least one of the electronic device and the communication device from a plurality of control profiles for controlling the electronic device and the communication apparatus based on operating states of the electronic device and the communication apparatus and information including a request to the control device.
