<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eating or drinking type hair growth promotor for promoting hair growth. <P>SOLUTION: The drinking or eating type composition for promoting hair growth comprises an extract of zooplankton and one or more kinds of extracts selected from a seaweed extract, an extract of a mixture of stevia with Aralia cordata and an Agaricus blazei mushroom extract. In the drinking or eating type composition for promoting hair growth, krill is preferably used as the zooplankton and a mixture of Monostroma nitidum with Enteromorphasp and Ulva pertusa is preferably used as the seaweed.
