<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calling system that enables provision of customer-care of high customer satisfaction. <P>SOLUTION: A member of a store 3 visits the store and inserts a member's card 2 into a card processing device 11. A computer 13 collates the card with a member DB 23 registered in a database 21 through a server 17 and makes preparations for reading out a clerk who took care of the member in the past from a clerk DB 25. When the member specifies a clerk according to a guidance displayed in the card processing device 11, the computer 13 generates a calling mail to the clerk and sends it to a mobile terminal device 15-1 carried by the clerk through a server 17 of a center 5. The member can receive customer-care from the clerk of his/her choice.
