<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device and a traffic light in which the exchange of the light source can be carried out easily and quickly, and in which a pseudo-lighting phenomenon can be prevented from occurring. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 1 has light sources 2, a plurality of substrates 3 to arrange and install the light sources 2 at respective faces 3a of one side, a base body 4 having the base 10 at one end side 4a and supporting respective one-end sides 3b of the respective substrates 3 at the other end side 4b so that the respective substrates 3 are rotatable and so that the respective faces 3a of the respective substrates 3 are able to be opposed, a lighting circuit 5 which is housed in the base body 4 and energizes the light sources 2, and a rotating means 9 to rotate the respective substrates 3 into developed states or housed states in the other end side 4b of the base body 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
