<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch gear easily manufacturable by reducing the size of its whole shape and by remarkably reducing defect rates of cast components. <P>SOLUTION: Insulation barriers 40 and 41 cylindrical for respective phases and collectively formed for three phases are arranged on the fixed side and on the movable side of a vacuum valve; and metals to be embedded are embedded in the insulation barriers 40 and 41 so as to surround a sealing fitting of the vacuum valve and to be set at potential equal to those of a fixed shaft and a movable shaft. In the insulation barriers 40 and 41 collectively formed for the three phases, inter-phase connection parts are formed by connecting the respective phases to one another through insulation layers 42a and 42b of the embedded metal part.
