<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick-walled sheet type treatment tool capable relieving and eliminating symptoms such as fever, cold constitution, headache, sunburn pain, stiff shoulders, joint pain, muscle pain, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This thick-walled sheet type treatment tool contains a gel substance generating minus ions in a plastic sheet bag. The gel substance is characterized by equally dispersing fine mineral particles having a mean particle size of 0.5 to 10μm in an absorbent polymer or a hydrophilic polymer, which generate minus ions even in a stationary state at normal temperatures.
