PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser driving device that is simplified in circuit constitution by eliminating the need of adjusting the switching of two independent switches at the time of controlling the output intensities of light rays radiated from two laser light sources. SOLUTION: The laser driving device outputs partial voltages from the sliding contact pieces 4a-2 and 4b-2 of first and second variable resistors 4a and 4b to a two-wavelength LD composed of first and second lasers 1a and 1b and a light detector 2 as control voltages from first and second control voltage outputting sections 8a and 8b, respectively. Therefore, the switches conventionally and respectively connected in series to the first and second variable resistors 4a and 4b can be omitted. Consequently, the output intensities of the light rays can be controlled while the circuit constitution of the laser driving device is simplified. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
