PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably operate a portable acoustic reproducing device even during driving an automobile by utilizing a fixed type audio apparatus arranged in the automobile. SOLUTION: This apparatus is a fixed type audio apparatus 10 provided with a remote control function for operating a portable acoustic reproducing device 1 which can be operated by a remote control apparatus 6 instead of the remote control apparatus 6. The audio apparatus 10 has an operation key 12 corresponding to an operation switch 7 provided in the remote control apparatus 6, voltage generating means 18, 28 each generating the same voltage as an operation voltage inputted to the portable acoustic reproducing device 1 from the remote control apparatus 6 by the operation of the operation key 12, and an external connection terminal 13 for inputting output voltages to the portable acoustic reproducing device 1 from the voltage generating means 18, 28, the external connection terminal 13 and a connection terminal part 2 of the remote control apparatus provided in the portable acoustic reproducing device 1 are connected by a signal line 14A.
