PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret shutter which can actually be mounted on a camera etc., and is small in size and simple in structure, and an imaging module. SOLUTION: This electret shutter is equipped with a stator 13 which has a prescribed opening part 17 and is provided a plurality of driving electrodes 14 on its outer circumferential surface and a rotor 20 fitted rotatably to the center part of the stator 13. The rotor 20 is constituted by fixing electrets as permanently polarized dielectrics, which are arranged on a surface opposed to the driving electrodes 14 of the stator 13 at a prescribed interval, to the rotor 20 on the side of the stator 13.
