PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost for lighting an operation knob on a frame body supporting a display panel. SOLUTION: The operation knob 30 provided on the frame body 20 supporting the display panel is made of a translucent material and has a recess 38 on its back side. On a circuit board 40 in the frame body 20, a light emitting element 50 is arranged nearby a display adjusting element 42 to which the operation knob 30 is connected. A seal member 60 which is arranged covering an opening in the periphery of an operation shaft 44 of the display adjusting element 42 is made of a translucent material and sectioned in a concave lens shape. Light beam from the light emitting element 50 are converged by the recess 62 on the back side of the seal member 60, bent outward by a recess on the front side of the seal member 60 and a recess 38 on the back side of the operation knob 30 which is opposed thereto to be diverged over a wide range of the translucent material of the operation knob 30, thereby lighting the operation knob 30 from behind.
