PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device in which the number of screwing in a process for assembling frames each other with a reflection member interposed between the frames is reduced. SOLUTION: A frame 3 includes hook parts 31b and 32d, respectively arranged on a supporting part 31 and a side face part 32, and engagement ribs 33a and 35a, respectively arranged on side face parts 33 and 35. Also a rear face cover 5 includes a hook engagement hole 55 and a rib engagement hole 56 to be respectively engaged with the hook parts 31b and 32d, and with the engagement ribs 33a and 35a, of the frame 3 by making the rear face cover 5 slide in a direction directed from a side face part 34 to the side face part 32 of the frame 3. Then a reflection sheet 4 and the rear face cover 5 are attached to the frame 3 by sequentially superposing the reflection sheet 4 and the rear face cover 5 on the frame 3 and making the rear face cover 5 slide.
