PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-stationary wave analysis system capable of detecting changes in non-stationary waves by improving the S/N ratio and performing analysis of the non-stationary waves which can be measured by an object or biological signal, by eliminating the limit of the time resolution of frequency distribution analysis, depending on the wavelength. SOLUTION: There are provided: a digital signal processing board 10 for performing the signal processing in real-time; a multiplication calculator 11 for squaring the signal; a differentiation calculator 12 for differentiating the signal; a digital signal processing board controller 13; and a system controller 14 for controlling the system as a whole. The non-stationary wave to be analyzed, whose wave form measured by a sensor (not shown) is converted into an electrical signal, is inputted from a prescribed input port of the digital signal processing board 10, and is operated by the squaring operation by the multiplication calculator 11 on the basis of the control of firmware; and the value is operated by the differential operation by the differentiation calculator 12 so as to be outputted.
