An electroluminescence device is provided to prevent various defects of a first electrode by allowing a reaction preventing layer to prevent diffusion and combination reactions between first and second conductive layers. A electroluminescence device includes a substrate(110), a first electrode(120), a light emitting layer, and a second electrode. The first electrode is formed on the substrate and has a first conductive layer(122), a second conductive layer(126), and a reaction preventing layer(124) interposed between the first and second conductive layers. The light emitting layer is located on the first electrode. The second electrode is located on the light emitting layer. The reaction preventing layer blocks movement of oxygen between the first and second conductive layers. |
