The relay server includes an information receiver registering module(302), a messenger marketing module(306), a subscription module(304), a consultation module(308), a sales module(310) and an auction module(312). The information receiver registering module registers the customer clients approving to receive the information related to messenger marketing among the customer clients stored in the customer information database. The messenger marketing module provides a predetermined selective query to the registered customer clients through the Internet messenger program and performs a messenger marketing event by selecting a predetermined routine in response to an answer to the selective query.
