The disc includes a first set of cutting tools which each have a main cutting edge located in a plane extending at right angles to the disc central axis, as well as a second set of cutting tools which each have a main cutting edge extending at an obtuse angle relative to the plane in which the main cutting edges of the first tools are located. The disc has a truncated cone shape and the cutting tools are releasably secured to the surface of the cone mantle.
