PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix air bags in a relatively low-cost constitution in an apparatus disposed with the plurality of air bags in parallel with one another on the surface of a mat, and performing massage of human body by feeding/discharging air to/from the air bags and inflating/deflating the air bags. SOLUTION: This apparatus is disposed with a plurality of air bags in parallel with each other on the mat body surface, the air bags are connected with hoses, and air is fed to/discharged from the air bags to inflate/deflate them. This apparatus is so formed that both left/right ends of the air bags are formed with fixing pieces, fixing devices are fixed to the fixing pieces, and fixing tapes bored with fitting holes in which the fixing devices are engaged are fixed on the surface of the mat body in the opposed positions to the fixing pieces.
