<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a large cost is required for an individual user to distribute a broadcast content using a Web site, and enormous work is needed for the user to get a sponsor. <P>SOLUTION: A user of a terminal 3 sends information on broadcast content design to a Web server 20. The Web server 20 releases information on the broadcast content design. A sponsor corporation transmits a sponsor's request to the Web server 20 using a terminal 6. The Web server 20 registers the broadcast content for which a sponsor has been obtained in a distribution schedule table. The distribution schedule table manages broadcast contents by time and channel.
