<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granules-containing a processed barley young leaf excellent in dispersibility to water. <P>SOLUTION: The granules comprise a processed barley young leaf (A), hemicellulose (B), an indigestible dextrin (C) having 300-1,200 weight average molecular weight and an indigestible oligosaccharide (D). In the granules, the content of the component (B) is 0.1-15 pts. mass and the content of the component (C) is 5-90 pts. mass and the content of the component (D) is 1-20 pts. mass based on the component (A) of 100 pts. mass in therms of dry mass, and total content of the components (A), (B), (C) and (D) is 40-100 mass% (in terms of dry mass). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
