<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic cap which can effectively solve the problem of liquid splashing at the time of opening that is seen when a plastic cap is applied to a flexible container in which a content of a high temperature is filled. <P>SOLUTION: This plastic cap comprises a cap main body fitted to and fixed to a container mouth section which composed of a top plate section and a skirt section, and an upper lid which is openably/closably fitted to the cap body. On the top plate section of the cap body, a cylinder for discharging a content and a predetermined opening section which is partitioned by a weakened line on the internal side of the cylinder for discharging are formed. At the same time, a gripping section for breaking the weakened line is provided for the plastic cap. In the predetermined opening section, a tilted section which tilts upward from the fracture starting position of the weakened line in the tearing direction of the weakened line is formed, and the weakened line extends upward on the tilted section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
