<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve having countermeasures capable of eliminating the influence of contamination of a valve. <P>SOLUTION: The structure of an adhesion prevention valve has a valve element to demarcates a passage for a flow of a fluid medium. A valve seat and a valve member are arranged at the valve element and functioned such that a flow of a fluid medium is controlled. A first adhesion preventing device is operably related to a valve stem. A second adhesion preventing device is operably related to a bearing guide member. A third adhesion preventing device is operably related to the valve member and a valve seat. A fourth adhesion preventing device is operably related to the valve stem and a bearing guide. A fifth adhesion preventing device is operably related to the adhesion preventing device and the bearing guide.
