<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain Japanese-style confectionery as nutritional confectionery enabling easy ingestion of citrus fruits such as citron and Citrus depressa which are known to have remarkable ameliorating effect on diabetes, but are not easily ingested even if bringing into juice because of strong bitterness. <P>SOLUTION: The nutritional confectionery is obtained from the crushed product of citrus fruits such as citron, citrus fruit liquor obtained at the time of crushing them and smooth bean jam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
