POINT SERVICE SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for realizing a point service on a computer system.

SOLUTION: A point service 14 includes; a menu presenting means 30 for presenting menus respectively relating to a plurality of services for which points are available, to an employee terminal 16 operated by a user; an application data management means 34 which receives application data including a classification of a service and the number of used points, from inputted to the employee terminal 16 by the user on the basis of menus; a point reckoning means 36 which performs reckoning processing on the basis of the classification of the service and the number of used points; and a point management means 32 which manages the number of remaining points of the user on the basis of the number of used points. The point reckoning means 36 changes the amount of reckoning per point in accordance with the classification of the service.
