<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not hitherto considered how to simply and surely fix a lamp housing to an inner panel. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture is provided with a first, second, third, and fourth positioning means 7, 8, 9, 10 fitted to an edge part of a lamp housing 13 and an edge part of an inner panel 15 respectively, for positioning and fixing the lamp housing 13 and the inner panel 15; and a boss part 35 for screwing a screw 34 fixing a center part of the lamp housing 13 and a center part of the inner panel 15, as well as a receiving part 36.
