<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor capable of matching the amplitude of two sine wave signals while enhancing precision in rotor position detection. <P>SOLUTION: The brushless motor comprises a section 308b for storing an amplitude correction value, i.e. the average of the absolute value of a sine wave signal OUT2 from an MR sensor 19b when the sine wave signal OUT1 from the MR sensor 19a of a motor rotational angle sensor 19 is 0, and the absolute value of the sine wave signal OUT1 from the MR sensor 19a when the sine wave signal OUT2 from the MR sensor 19b is 0, and an rotational angle sensor signal correcting section 308 for correcting the sine wave signals OUT1 and OUT2 from the MR sensors 19a and 19b based on the amplitude correction value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
