<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a DC motor for reducing a process by a microcontroller and development of a firmware, and controlling the DC motor at a low speed or in a wide speed range from the low speed to an intermediate speed. <P>SOLUTION: The controller comprises an internal rotation phase signal generating circuit 201 for generating an internal rotation phase signal REF_FG on the basis of an external reference signal REF_CLK, a rotation speed control signal generating circuit 202 for finding a deviation between the internal rotation phase signal REF_FG and an external rotation phase signal EXT_FG for indicating a rotation phase of the DC motor and generating a rotation speed control signal, a phase control signal generating circuit 203 for generating a phase control signal corresponding to a phase difference between the external reference signal REF_CLK and an external index signal INDEX, and a control signal generating circuit 204 for generating a control signal on the basis of the rotation speed control signal and the phase control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
