<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the defect of the conventional crystal oscillator that the frequency is adjusted while preparing a measurement facility and measuring the frequency by the measurement facility since periodic re-measurement is required and zero adjustment is needed when a crystal oscillation element is deteriorated with time change and the frequency is changed. <P>SOLUTION: Much crystal current is supplied to the crystal vibrator of a second oscillator in two oscillators to provide excellent short term stability to the second oscillator, the second oscillator is phase-locked to the first oscillator with an excellent long term stability characteristic by supplying less crystal current on the basis thereof and a stable frequency can be obtained in the crystal oscillator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
