<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that Pb is harmful to aspect of environmental protection although Pb is used for a weight of a conventional wheel balance weight. <P>SOLUTION: In the wheel balance weight provided with the weight and a combined member, it selects Sn, Zn as a low-density material after controlling weight material at amount of oxygen of 5-800 ppm, selects W, WC as a high-density material. It is configured so that ratio of the low-density material to the high-density material ranges from 0.1 to 0.5 if it is [(W)/(Sn+Zn)+(W)], from 0.15 to 0.7 if it is [(WC)/(Sn+Zn)+(WC)] and from 0.1 to 0.5 if it is [(W+WC)/(Sn+Zn)+(W+WC)]. Thereby, the wheel balance weight secures density approximating to Pb after excluding Pb which has pollution nature and can fix to a rim part without damaging a wheel when disposing the wheel balance weight on the rim part by obtaining low hardness and low melting temperature due to effect of the low-density material and at the same time can solve an environmental problem as well. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
