摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module not using glass coating but using a resin sealed structure and its manufacturing method, capable of restraining the lowering of an output accompanying the deterioration of electric insulation in long term operation. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module is composed of a photoelectric converter formed on the surface of a substrate S by sequentially laminating a first electrode layer E1, a photoelectric conversion layer P, and a second electrode layer E2; and of a rear surface electrode layer Er formed on the rear surface of the substrate. The photoelectric converter, and the rear surface electrode layer is shifted to each other in their positions and is electrically separated with a patterning line to units. A thin film solar cell is obtained by electrically connecting at least the second electrode layer, and the rear surface electrode layer via electricity collecting holes penetrating the substrate is sealed with adhesive resin sealing members J1, J2 from opposite surface sides of the substrate.
