<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an electric connection box in a battery pack with favorable workability and reduce the size of a bracket for fixing the electric connection box. <P>SOLUTION: A structure is for installing an electric connection box 1 in a battery pack 35 made of conductive metal that houses a battery 45. A bus bar 8 for grounding is provided on one side face 30 of the electric connection box 1. A stud bolt 12 is erected from the battery pack. While the bracket 43 of the electric connection box is engaged with the stud bolt, the bus bar 8 for grounding is brought into contact with an inner wall face of the battery pack. The bus bar 8 for grounding has a nut portion 16 and a terminal strip 118. The nut portion is fixed on one side wall 34 of the battery pack 35 with a bolt 32, and the terminal strip is placed on the terminal block 6 of the electric connection box.
