<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element and its manufacturing method preventing tolerances from being combined to improve imaging quality, and also to provide an optical element and its manufacturing method achieving a function of an optical module with a simplified sealing process. <P>SOLUTION: The optical element comprises: a conductive frame 125; a sensor element 133 provided on the conductive frame; a drawing element 140 covering the sensor element and having an opening at a position corresponding to the sensor element; a light emitting element 136 provided on the conductive frame; a first protective element 155 sealing the light emitting element and integrally formed on the conductive frame while presenting transparent property, and having a circular protruded part 157 protruded at a position corresponding to the light emitting element; and a second protective element 155 sealing the restriction element, integrally formed on the conductive frame while presenting transparent property, and having a protruded arcing part 142 at a position corresponding to the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
