<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a heat storage amount stored in a hot water storage tank by a usable mixing hot water amount when continuing hot water supply presently used by a user. <P>SOLUTION: A usable mixing hot water producing means provided in the hot water supply device calculates the mixing hot water amount that can be used in a hot water using portion such as a bath, shower, or a hot water tap on the basis of the heat storage amount stored in the hot water storage tank of the hot water supply device, a set supply hot water temperature set by the user, and a temperature of service water.
