PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the responsiveness of shift control to a change in the operated condition of a continuously variable transmission. SOLUTION: A feedback control part 86 calculates and outputs a shift control command value u in accordance with a control deviation e1between a target shift ratioγrefand a detected shift ratioγand a feedback gain. A feedback gain setting part 87 increases the feedback gain with a reduction of the shift ratioγ.
