PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate made of a synthetic resin and having a cured film layer on its surface, excellent in transparency, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, weatherability and economical efficiency, pervious to visible light, having a selective heat ray shielding function and suitable for a heat ray shielding glazing material of window glass for a vehicle, a sunroof or the like. SOLUTION: The laminate (D) made of the synthetic resin is constituted by forming a primer coating film layer (B) with a coating film thickness of 1-10μm comprising a thermosetting acrylic resin at least on one side of a transparent synthetic resin and layer (A) comprising a resin composition prepared by adding 0.0005-0.05 pts.wt. of a scaly aluminum powder with a mean diameter of 1-50μm and a thickness of 1/200-1/10 of the mean diameter to 100 pts.wt. of a transparent synthetic resin and molded by injection molding, and forming the cured film layer (C) with a coating film thickness of 1-10μm comprising a polyfunctional alkoxysilane on the primer coating film layer (B).
