PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a composite product for realizing the enhancement of product precision and the reduction of the number of manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the composite product is constituted so as to support the second molding member arranged in a first molding member on the first molding member through a support member 14 and equipped with a mold 110 and a raw material supply means 112 for supplying a molding raw material to the mold 110. The mold 110 has a first cavity 120 for molding the first molding member in a state that the first part of the support member 14 is housed, a second cavity 122 for molding the second molding member in a state the second part 26 of the support member 14 is housed, a first passage 130 for guiding the molding raw material supplied from the raw material supply means 112 to the first cavity 120 and a second passage 132 for guiding the molding raw material once introduced into the first cavity 120 to the second cavity 122.
