MANUFACTURING METHOD OF REINFORCING CORD-CONTAINING STRIP-LIKE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a reinforcing cord-containing strip-like material capable of being enhanced in productivity by dispensing with step change work even if there is a connection part in a reinforcing cord. SOLUTION: The reinforcing cord-containing strip-like material W is manufactured by extruding a rubber material to coat the reinforcing cords (f) which are passed through a plurality of the cord-passing holes 10 linearly arranged to a die 2. The cross-sectional shape of each of a plurality of the cord-passing holes 10 is formed into a shape which extends in the direction crossing the arranging direction of the cord-passing holes 10 while expands so as to enable the passing of each of the connection parts fc of the reinforcing cords (f) and the extending directions of the cord-passing holes 10 are arranged so as to become reverse alternately to constitute the die 2.
